I redesigned BTA’s Playbook app, transforming it from a tool for standard operating procedures into a complete business management system that drives growth for contractors.

The problem: Contracting business owners struggle to implement and manage their operations within BTA’s app. They need a simpler, more cohesive system that unifies training, performance tracking, and business processes to support sustainable growth.
The new SOP builder helps business owners create clear, structured Standard Operating Procedures, making it easy to document complex tasks and processes. Employees can consume SOP’s on the go and their knowledge can be tested.

The Staff Dashboard provides owners and managers with a clear, objective view of employee performance and growth. With centralized data, leaders can now track progress over time, recognize strengths, and identify areas for improvement.
GSRs help keep employees accountable by defining goals within set timeframes. Goals align with role and company objectives, providing a clear way to measure performance. The redesigned interface makes it simple for employees to set and report goals, while managers can easily review and approve them.
